Jeff was willing to spend a great deal of time with us, before we ever agreed to start building, to make sure that we found the right lot for us in the area the we wanted.

The subcontractors we dealt with directly were very good. It was obvious that they did a good job, and cared about what they were doing. They were not afraid to communicate any concerns directly with us. It was clear that they had worked together before, and that became an advantage during the finishing stages of our construction.

We felt comfortable in communicating our dissatisfactions with Jeff. He was always receptive, and tried his best to remedy the situation. He was also willing to make any changes we had, that is were building a custom home pays off.

When we told family and friends that we were going to build a new house, several of them told us we were crazy. They were nice enough to share with us their horror stories of building. The problems that they encountered and how difficult it was for them to get some form of resolution.

We are very happy to say that you and your staff made our building experience an enjoyable one. Minor issues did come up as they do In any large project, but someone always addressed them quickly and professIonally. We are also particularly thankful for the suggestions you and your staff made to make some parts of the house look, or flow better. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful throughout the building process that with the house complete, we miss working with them.

We have already passed your name on to several family members and friends that may be interested In building.

We spent over a year making our decision to build a new home and we are very happy we chose to build with Meadow View Homes. Besides having a fantastic view from our four season porch, we can see quality in almost every nook and cranny throughout our house. And we were especially impressed with the craftsmanship of every subcontractor that took part in our building process. A good example of the extra effort was displayed by the finish thrnmer going the extra mile regarding the four season porch trim. Instead of using the standard trim around the windows, the finish trimmer rip-cut cedar boards to match the color in the rest of the porch. This little extra makes the look superb.

Even after closing, we were impressed with the follow-up process shown by the Meadow View personnel. Whether it was Jeff. Roger, or Dan, we got results with every request necessary to complete our new home experience. We are very happy and proud of our new home and we plan to recommend Meadow View homes to all of our friends, family and acquaintances.

Now that the dust has settled and we're in our new home, Kim and I just wanted to express how pleased we were with the entire home building experience. As far as I'm concerned, it couldn't have gone any better than it did.

Most of the gratitude must be directed towards Dan, I'm sorry I don't even know his last name, I did get to memorize his cell number though! Dan really made it happen, he was always there for us when we needed him, he always returned our calls promptly if we happened to miss him. Not only did our house get built on time, it was done 3 weeks early, which is remarkable. His attention to details was unbelievable, he was always organized and always had the answers we were looking for, please make sure Dan is recognized for this.

We've had to call Dan a couple of times since we moved in and he still treats us with the same professionalism and gives us the same service we experienced when we were in the building process. I can say with experience that Meadowview definitely takes care of their customers, even after the sale.

Kim and I had heard lots of "horror stories" about building a house and I can gladly say that our experience was an absolute pleasure. Hopefully we'll stay where we're at for awhile, but if we ever do decide to build again, we would definitely go with Meadowview.

Thank you so much for the wonderful building experience. From start to finish, the building process was a pleasure for several reasons:

1) Meadowview Homes and Greg Stull answered all of our questions promptly and were very attentive to our needs. During the building process, it is so important to have quick responses to your questions.
2) Meadowview was very flexible. At the last moment, we decided that we wanted a study instead of a dining room. The framers had basically completed their work but Meadowview cheerfully agreed to add a wall and frame a door without any additional charges or grief.
3) Meadowview did not have hidden costs. The base price included all of the popular upgrades such as six panel doors, nine-foot ceilings, fireplace, etc. Our friend who is currently building just discovered that there is a $30 additional charge for light bulbs. We did not have those surprises.
4) Meadowview worked with us to come up with a convenient closing date and met it. Meadowview waited to give us a closing date until they were finished with the outside. Since we knew that Meadowview would meet the close date, we did not have to worry about moving twice.
5) The building supervisor was meticulous. Dan watched every detail of the building process and made sure everything was completed correctly. During our housing inspection, we were only able to find one small flaw in the ceiling. Everything else was perfect.

We took our great building experience for granted until our sisters started building. Both of them had horrible experiences. Neither of them will ever build again.

Meadowview Homes really care about their clients and want to create a positive building experience. If we ever build again, we would not hesitate to use Meadowview again.

We just wanted to thank you for the excellent quality of the workmanship put into our home. Dan and the various sub-contractors should be congratulated for this and the prompt responses regarding our follow-up requests. Also, Todd Stenvig was excellent in his follow-up on the costs so that there were no surprises or misunderstandings.

Meadow View Homes exceeded my expectations in every facet of the building process. Not only have they provided me a quality home for my family, they provided customer service that was second to none. Once the home was complete little problems that pop up with every new home were quickly addressed often within twenty-four hours. They performed a ninety-day on site consultation and will conduct another consultation at the one-year mark.

I would not hesitate to build another house with Meadow View Homes especially after listening to friends that have built with others. It is a pleasure to have friends and family who know a lot about construction tour the house and point out the fine details and high quality Meadow View put into this house, I have no regrets.
